Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American actress who played various roles in television, films and the theater. Her accolades include a Daytime Emmy Award, a National Board of Review Award among others. Anne Celeste Heche (19 May 1969 - August 11 2022) was the American actor. Her first recognition came in the role of Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love in the soap-opera Another World (from 1987-1991), she won the two Soap Opera Digest Awards. The late 1990s saw her rise to prominence with the roles she played in the crime-drama films Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the horror film I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer as well as the comedy about politics Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart is an American actor from the United States. Her birth name is Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953. She was best known as Lieutenant Sheba on the TV series Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). Lockhart is the daughter of actor June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart was very young at the time her professional career started. When she was just four, Lockhart appeared in the film T is for Tumbleweed. This short film about a theme was nominated for an Oscar award. Lockhart spent time with her mother on the location where she was taught about the workings of the business. Lockhart is even featured on numerous Lassie episodes. Her first movie was Dora in Jory in 1972. She played the daughter of Joan Crawford on The Sixth Sense, a show on television in 1972. The show was Joan's final role as an actor. There is a rumor that Anne refused to play Laurie Strode, the character in John Carpenter's horror film Halloween. The role was eventually given to Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter said the actress was his primary option for the role, but she refused. Anne does not remember being being contacted with the name of John Carpenter nor being offered the job. The possibility is that her agent rejected the role down without informing Anne. Her initial choice was made for the part by Glen Larson who sent her an initial script for the role on the 1978 TV series Battlestar Galactica. She originally rejected the position because she felt the character was weak. Glen later wrote a stronger part with Sheba. The Living Legend was accepted after she read the first 25-page script. It ran for a single season. Also, she starred alongside Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine, Desi Arnaz (son Desi Arnaz & Lucille ball) in Joyride in 1977. And she costarred alongside Michael Moriarty as The Dark Tower in 1987.
